Refunds may be granted only if, and at the discretion of stationDstudios LLC, the evidence provided is sufficient to warrant a customer satisfaction refund. To request a review, email stationDstudios@gmail.com with your order details and clear evidence of the issue.
All refunds are at the discretion of StationDstudios LLC. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
